What happens after I inquire?
Your design investment reflects the time, expertise, research, coordination and personal attention required to plan your trip well. Fees vary based on complexity, duration, number of travelers and level of support. We’ll recommend the appropriate service and confirm your design investment before any work begins.
What does the design investment cover?
Absolutely. From milestone and multigenerational vacations to friends’ getaways and graduation trips, group travel is an important part of what we do. We’ll help find the right fit for your group, coordinate the moving pieces and keep travelers informed along the way, so you can enjoy bringing everyone together without being responsible for keeping everything on track.

Why work with a travel designer when I can book online?
The earlier we begin, the more opportunity we have to secure the accommodations, experiences and availability that matter most. European travel, cruises and group trips often benefit from planning six to twelve months ahead. For rare suites, sought-after cruise staterooms and villas during peak seasons, planning as soon as availability is released can make all the difference. We’re always happy to explore what’s possible with a shorter timeline.
How far in advance should I begin planning?
Not at all. Some clients come with a destination already chosen. Others simply know how they want their time away to feel. We’ll ask the right questions, explore the possibilities together and recommend what best fits the way you want to travel.
